Hello friends,

I had bought a new mp3 player online....
:crying: But now the site didnt deliver me the product in the allocated time....
It has been a week i didnt get the product.....
The representative of the site are also not replying satisfactorily..
Even they dont have a number to make a call.....

What should i do?:banghead:

    1: For future reference, best to post this kind of thing in the home, law and money forum- i'm sure a mod will move it along soon :)

    2: did you pay using a credit or debit card? credit card has more security, so you could contact your debit card company

    3: try your local CAB for further contacts.

    i'm sure someone will come along soon with some better ideas.
