Frozen chops...

yeah so i promised Boy pork chops for tea but theyre still frozen, i put em in the fridge about 6 hours ago but theyr still frozen

any way i can defrost them quicker and, more importantly, safer?

    I would of thought in a microwave on the defrost setting?

    are they in a sealed packet?

    If so, i would put them in warm water in the packet
