    i think they are completely neutral really...

    all depends what you put on them. I tend to smother mine in houmous which is ok, or loads of butter and marmite, which isn't so good.

    well, they are super low in calories!

    it depends what you put on them which can make them bad. i like mine with philli on! and red onions!!! lol.

    They fall into the same category as most foods, no magical powers that make them super good for you, but nothing bad about them.

    Some are quite salty though.

    If they are a bit salty that is good for me as I need more salt, I don't take in enough so I am glad about that.

    They also make caramel flavoured ones which is just wrong on so many levels :sour:

    But there's no point in them. You might as well have a caramel biccy cause they're so much nicer and probs have the same amount of sugar and shiz.

    Yeah I know. I just have the plain normal Ricecakes and add what I want instead of buying the ones which already have flavourings.
