Best Ip hiding software?

I've run into a bit of a problem with my workload and that is the need for having a changeable IP.

Is there really such a thing as a "good" IP hiding software that is usable, stable and has a number of different IP's?

    It depends what you want it for, but I've never heard of anything to specifically mask your IP address except to use proxy servers when uploading/surfing the net. Unless things have changed since I last looked into it, although admittedly it was about 6 years ago. lol.
