due to shitty side-effects from being on the pill, my GP has gotten me to try the NuvaRing as my method of contraception. It's basically a ring that you put in your vagina instead of taking the pill, you leave it in there for three weeks and it slowly releases hormones, then you take it out when you get your period.
i just want to know if anyone else has tried it, and to share any experiences from using it

From a guys perpective they are good but you need to push it up inside or it will pinch his cock. Trust me its painful.
