    It's been a fine week by the Vatican hasn't it. First they invalidate the excommunion of a Nazi priest who denies the Holocaust, and now this.

    I don't know how the Italian health system works, is it akin to the NHS, ie free healthcare at the point of need?

    If not I expect the Italian government will be paying for this poor woman's continued existence?
