Does anyone know if it is OK to take both 'St. John's Wort' and 'Kalms' tablets at the same time? I feel like I could do with both right now.

    I wouldn't I would never mix any drugs unless a Doctor has given the go ahead.

    .. i just did it anyway.. i don't really care... i mean it's herbal.. how much harm can it do?
