Photo editing thingy

I've seen a few of my friends facebook profile pictures and they've made them look all good with some sort of online editing jobby; one looked like an art gallery with her face on an Andy Warhol type painting and another guy had a photo of a man graffiting ('cuse the spelling) a wall with his picture...I tried to look closely for the website, I saw photomania but when I googled it it came up with a weird french site that I couldn't make head nor tail of.

Does anyone know the site I mean or one similar?
