Free photo printing - is it worth it?

My brain isn't working so help me figure this out...

offer free photo printing as an introductory offer. For instance they might offer 30 free prints, and you just pay the £1.50 P+P.
So... the prints are normally somewhere between 5-20p each. Is it worth doing several of the offers, or would it be better to add on photos up to the price of another p+p to the first order??
