Gurning, shin kicking or toe wrestling?
I was watching the funny with unfunny commentators show - The Smoking Gun Presents: Worlds Dumbest Competitions. There were many British ones but those are the only I can remember off hand. I'm particularly interested in who has done the gurning one

Something that's very popular round here is egg throwing - bassically a competition for teams of two to see who can thrown and catch the egg without it breakign over the longest distance. Good craic after a few ciders.
