I swim quite a bit and need to get these as the chlorine is killing my scalp/hair.
A couple of questions.
1) Can I get an 100% latex-free one? Any recommendations?
2) How good are they at protecting bleached hair (I want to go back to blonde again)

It will protect your highlighted hair just as a latex one will.
Most of the usual places that sell hats have them, they won't keep your hair bone dry unless you get it on perfectly and don't wrinkle your neck when you swim but does help a lot.
