Staying healthy can be awfully confusing sometimes; we’re supposed to eat the recommended daily allowance of vitamins (A, C, D, E and K), minerals, iron, sodium and protein. We’re urged to do at least 30 minutes of exercise three times a week. And we shouldn’t drink too much alcohol or indulge in too much chocolate. :eek2: It’s a lot to remember!

A very noble effort. You know a thing or two about keeping in shape and have all the knowledge to lead a healthy lifestyle. If you keep training and push your body and mind to the limit you could become a true champion.
Well at least I know the theaory of healthy living, ha ha!! Even if I don't exactly put it into practice. I never buy bananas that big, mine are only in the region of 80KCal each.
A banana (150g) contains the most calories with around 140, a boiled egg (50g) around 74, a pack of Cheesy Watsits (19g) around 95 and a Kit Kat (21g) has 106 calories.

Pretty much nowhere. You'd need to do hundreds of thousands to see any sort of difference in your body fat.
None of the answers are right, in all honesty.

Well no it doesn't say a banana is less healthy it says it has more calories. The calories you get from a banana will fill you up for longer and contains more nutrients and less fat
