I was just sittin browsing the internet and got up to walk outside, I could taste blood in my mouth, when I spat there was very faint amount blood in my spit. I was only after quite a long walk. Should I be worried?

    If its worrying you then obviously see a doctor as we aren't medical professionals but if it was me I would just disregard it if it was a one off. Maybe give NHS direct a call, you could speak to a nurse who would be able to better advise you.
