Virgin Media's Parental Controls - Huh?

Last week, our box broke and we had someone come around and replace it on Tuesday. I recorded something last night for my dad. When he came home this morning, he watched and had no problems. I went to watch it today and it asked me to activate the PIN number.

Despite changing the parental controls, I'm still being asked for the PIN number. It's only Match of The Day, so why am I still being asked for it?

    certain programs still ask you for a pin if you watch them at certain points of day

    i get it on mine if i try and watch most haunted before 9pm lol so shouldn't be anything to worry about

    if you're not sure just give customer service a quick ring on 0845 454 1111 :)

    We don't have parental controls on, but you always have to put your PIN in for stuff that's after the watershed :\
