Recurring rash

I've had a rash of a few tiny red splotches appear on the outer part of my bicep for the past couple weeks. They appear randomly and in different places and different sizes, and do not hurt or itch. Usually it's one arm but sometimes the other as well. Some of them are very slightly raised but not tremendously. I can't connect any common food to their appearance either. Any idea on what it could be?

Could be lots of things. Allergy, heat rash, general irritation. You could try taking antihistamines and seeing if it goes away?
