Blood blister

Whats the best thing to do with a blood blister?

I have one on my big toe. It started off as like a water blister with some hard skin and I've just noticed it's turned into a blood blister :crying:
I think I've got it from running at the gym, I'm waiting to be paid to buy some prper running trainers.

I am tempted to pop it but I know this will probably make it worse :(

Maybe it's best not to wear those trainers till you get your new ones.

DO NOT POP IT - it can lead to infection and will also take much longer to heal. Let nature take it's course.

Don't do any exercise that is going to punish your feet (duuuurrrr) until it is healed and you have your proper running shoes.

You can get blister plasters to put over it in the mean time. Not cheap but very good!

Just keep it clean and let nature run its course.
