Do you resize your digital photos?

I never print out my digital photos and usually if I do anything I'll upload some to Google Picasa - now to save hard drive space and speed up viewing I'd like to resize the originals and get rid of them - so far 1280 x 960 is looking pretty good but then I'm thinking in the future if I want to look back on these photos we'll have higher resolutions TV's and DVD's then we do now .. any thoughts onthe matter?

    Storage is cheap. Backup the originals. You can't recreate the stuff you cut out.

    I always keep the originals at the size I took them, but I do make copies and resize them if I'm uploading them onto the internet for one reason or another.
