Homemade salad dressings

Has anyone got any recipes or tips for homemade salad dressings?

I've just started getting really into them having disliked dressing for years (it's funny how tastes change).

So far my favourite one is Honey and Mustard (1 spoon of olive oil, 1 of balsamic vinegar, 1 of Dijon mustard and 2 of honey mixed together).

im not a massive fan of dressings tbh.

i quite like a mix of extra virgin and white wine vinegar.

also extra virgin with squeeze of lemon in is quite nice

    Thanks for the ideas :)

I've been reading the ingredients on the bottles of salad dressings in the Supermarket, they all seem to be based on variations of the same few ingredients like different oils, vinegars and mustard.

I've been experimenting a bit too with different ingredients.

There are some good recipe ideas online but some call for things like 2 tbsp of sour cream which is good as I like it but bad as I won't be able to use the whole pot before it goes off. Cooking for one is annoying in this respect. So often food items come in too large a quantity to eat it before it goes off so I don't get it.
