I'm just wondering if anyone has the same problem.
basically everytime i go in the shower and expose myself to warm water i come out of the shower in these heat spots which itch like fuck. they disappear once I've cooled down but its right annoying. It also happens when im generally warm/hot. they mainly pop up on my chest and stomach but also lower back and my arms. such a pain. does anyone have the same problem, and if you do what the fuck is it?? :mad:
