Dry scalp

Have I got it bad. I'm quite sure it is it. I've been using head and shoulders for a bit thinking it was dandruff then I whined to my dad and he told me it was most likely dry scalp as thats what he gets, especially in the dry cold shitty ass winter :\ And I googled my hypocondria and its definatly that more so than dandruff.

Anywho, the best advice I can find is get some moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. Any reccomendations? I want something that will work, else I'll grab the first and cheapest set off the shelf that says anything about moisturizing.

Also, any other tips?

People must think I have fleas the way I've been walking around lately :\

I dont' blow dry, or use any appliances or any product at all, actually.

I'll see if I can try the cold water ;) Maybe the cold water could also help me cut back on the coffee in the morning, I'm sure it'll wake me up! thanks :)
