Virgin media and a few other ISPs are reoprted to be signing up on a targeted advert scheme where your surfing habits will be passed on to an advertising company who will tailor websites with ads based on where you go. Apparently you are automatically opted-in and need to physically opt-out as opposed to the other way around.
