Hmmmm, The Simpsons? (anoying if you watch BBC2 they only show the first two seasons) Friends... South Park? Fraisier? No no no.

AHA! The best comedy of all time (Just beating The Simpsons) is...

THE YOUNG ONES! Absolutly f**kin brilliant! (BOTTOM can be included also I guess, they're very similar and have three of The Youngs Ones cast in it)

    Absolutly superb.. saw the original series first time round and was hooked for the repeats and series 2...

    dunno bout best comedy, but funniest program on TV at the moment is "Have I News For You"

    Followed by Nevermind The Buzzcocks
    and
    They Think It's All Over.

    And Richard Blackwood is often pretty funny on MTV Select.


    Look into these tired eyes. See something you might recognise.

    Your right the best comedy Ive seen. The funny slapstick humour. Love to see Rik and viv (or rich and ed) fighting.

    I agree with turtle on this one - 'have i got news for you' is without a doubt the funniest thing on the box @ the mo. yeah, other stuff like 'frasier' and 'they think its all over' is funny, but politicians just never stop f***ing up, so there's always plenty of ammo for a show like that! especially during the election period - all the candidates just cant help but put their feet in it - certainly beats party political broadcasts or 'ask the leader' sessions <IMG alt="image" SRC="http://www.thesite.org/ubb/smile.gif"&gt;

    Well there's tons of comedy shows past and present .. one of the best was Police Squad.

    You had to listen to all the innuendo and gags, as well as watch the background cos there's was sometimes more going on in that than in the main shot !!

    Today's comedy such as Have I Got News For You and They Think It's All Over are brilliant cos i love all that satirical humour .. cos that's what i'm like <IMG alt="image" SRC="http://www.thesite.org/ubb/biggrin.gif"&gt;

    Cartoon humour, well nothing can tocuh The Simpsons !! <IMG alt="image" SRC="http://www.thesite.org/ubb/smile.gif"&gt;
