lump on my tongue

I have developed this lump on the right under side of my tongue, its only been there for a few days and was really is not so sore, but still painful. I just googled it and that came up was 354646343654 articles on cancer of the tongue. I can't really get to a doctor as I'm going skiing and ive only been in france for a few weeks so dont really know where i would find out. Any ideas? Ive been using lots of mouthwash and shit.

Depends if you mean lump lump or more like a spot. Brushing teeth well, mouthwash and not playing with your teeth with your tongue might help, as might something like corsydol gel.
Obviously if it doens't go away you should get professional advice.
