So I've started taking 5 htp again... and fuck am I drowsy.
I can normally get by with 5-8 hours sleep, now I'm needing 10+
I don't remember being this tired last time... How long will this last? As I'm too tired to study and concentrate in class.
Been taking it almost a week.
