Apparently this is something I need to do....
My CD/DVD drive isn't working properly, like won't acknowledge the existence of CDs. Any vague suggestions as to how I go about it? I've got a Dell laptop.
Is it something I need the original disks/instructions for, or can I do it online? Being very blonde.

Click on Enter Tag, Then enter your Service Tag Number (Found on the bottom of your laptop, it can be either your Express service tag too)
Then find CD/DVD Drivers
Now trying to work out which one I want, but think I'll get there eventually...
