Does anyone have any assignments due in within the next month?

I've a 2500 assignment on social inequalities and their effects on health. Have started it but it's such a beefy topic it's going to take a while!!

How about you lot? I'm aiming to get my essay done asap so I can focus on the anatomy & physiology, pharmacology and microbiology!

I'll be doing lots of uni work this holiday!

Just handed in two assignments one critiquing a medical research article and another on on acute care and the treatment of a problem, I did breathlessness secondary to pulmonary oedema..it was pretty boring

Now got 2 learning profiles to do over christmas and write my own learning outcomes for my elective placement next trimester, great :yeees:

Oooh no, I'm only doing nursing. Don't think I could cope being a medical student :nervous:

Snap, me too! I find the nursing tough as it is.

What are the second and third years like? :)

The second year is okay not as easy as they say  I still feel like I know nothing at all. Although my time on HDU/ITU has really helped and has helped me decide where I want to work in the future!

    What year are you in?

Piecesofme, I'm in my first year. Finding that bad enough.

A&P, microbiology and pharmacology are a tad daunting!!

Oh god I still don't have a clue about them! I wouldn't worry and don't overload yourself with information. Once your on the wards you pick things up and every nurse I have spoke to says you dont start learning until you qualify!
