Since its the 1st world parmo championships in stockton highstreet on sunday, i thought i would try my hand at making a chicken parmo

    i had no idea what a parmo was, but googling brings up tasty looking treats. i want one.

    they dont do them over here in burnley

    My mate went to uni in 'Boro and he's obsessed with parmos! My local takeaway has started making them and I must admit they are delicious!
