    fried salmon.

with a blender make a thai red curry sauce, red chillis, cumin, coriander, shrimp paste, lemon grass, garlic, tumeric some salt and some oil (you can easily google exact measurements)

heat some oil in a pan and fry paste for a bit then add 200ml coconut milk, a table spoon of fish sauce and a spot of sugar and simmer gently

deep fry some salmon for 2 - 3 minutes. make sure they are room temperature or the hot oil will fuck them up

drain excess oil from fish, add lime to curry sauce. serve fish with sauce drizzled on with some rice.

    takes 10 - 15 mins.

put lots of oil in a pan and heat. the only difference with a deep fat fryer is the basket isn't it?
