Locking documents on vista

Can I do this?
I want to lock my documents and folders in my documents plus some pdf files?
Can anyone help me here please?:D

    Personally I think TrueCrypt is dead easy to use

    There was Microsoft Private Folder which was around, What version do you have because ultimate has a Encryption built in :)

    home premium has encryption already, just password your account and it automatically makes your document folders private from the other users of your computer (assuming you use seperate accounts)

    The way I would suggest to use truecypt (depending on your needs)

    is to create a file just over 4GB in size and store all your documents in that 4GB file - then when you want to back up everything you can copy that single 4GB file to a DVD disc and you have 1 single file - fully encrypted. If you lose that DVD then it's no huge loss as long as you had a decent length password in the first place.
