    I LOVED it! Kinda explains my username <IMG SRC="smile.gif" border="0" ALT="smile">
    But I support Toadborg, and HIGHLY recommend everyone to go and see it (except from the ones with a squeeky hearts and minds, it cant get a bit gross at some points. But if you ask me that just made the movie even better).

    I know it's something to do with Jack the Ripper, but anymore than that and i'm confused <IMG SRC="confused.gif" border="0" ALT="icon">

    I was gonna give it a miss (the reviews were were lukewarm at best) but if you guys enjoyed it then I might just go along.

    What do film critics know anyway!

    I didn't think I would like it as I don't normally like blokey, action films, but I really liked it! I could actually follow the plot for once which makes a change! I might go and see it again actually. Unlimited cards are great.

    Hey everyone, I have seen "from hell" as well but I didnt think it was too great!!

    I thought they could have made it a lot scarier and was a bit dissapointed as I didnt jump once at it!!

    I also did some research into jack the ripper as I didnt know that much and I found out that the film is based about one of the most exaggerated stories to be created as the masons and the royal family werent involved at all!!!

    All in all though it was a well made film <IMG SRC="biggrin.gif" border="0" ALT="icon">

    Who cares about historical accuracy on a minor issue? I liked the fact that it wasn't terrifying, the characters were developed more than the average horror movie and there was room for other emotions other than fear.

    By the way you really shouldn't reveal the plot to those that haven't seen it <IMG SRC="eek.gif" border="0" ALT="icon">

    What the poor wee prostitute trying to make a better life for herself as she never wanted to do it in the first place!!!! Hmmmmmmmmmmmm am sure av seen that same bit of peee-ush in pretty woman!!!!

    Well the storyline was exageratted (dont know how to spell it, and cant bother to look in the dictionary). But that just made it better, in my opinion.

    Withoput giving to much away. The story is about some woman who are found murdered in a ver coldblooded way. Then the police (Johnny Depp) need to investigate Who? and How?

    I've heard its just mindless entertainment. I don't see how it could be particularly true to the facts of Jack the Ripper considering only 4 of his murders, I think were proven to be his. There's been plenty more people who've left a higher tally of bodies behind them.

    Lots of embellishment going on them methinks. I'll tell y'all what I think when I see it eventually, having a bit of a cashflow problem at the mo.

    With the fact being to this date that they still dont know who jack the ripper was and there are still about 5 prime suspects makes that statement to be a bit wanky!!!
