sympathy pains

My mate has an infection in her spinal cord and she's in a lot of pain and I've been thinking about it and I've got some discomfort in my back. Does anyone else get sympathy pains?

    I've never had them but it reminds me of you know if you're talking about headlice or you know someone whos had them (my godson had them the other week!) and your head starts feeling itchy. Its weird!

    I know what you mean about headlice, but I have never heard of sympathy pains with it just being a friend.

    I have heard it with twins who obviously have some form of bond, you sure you aint just got a sore back?
