    I think you're right, people often don't use condoms for oral - but that's not to say you shouldn't, particularly if you suspect a guy might have an STI. But Jarvey's right - a guy wouldn't need to ejaculate in your mouth for you to catch something.

    For Future:

    Most people I know don't use a condom for oral.
    There isn't really any need to unless you don't know the guy.
    If im going to give oral then I am going to know the guy pretty well, and be sure he hasn't got an STI. Thats the way I view it anyway.
    So yeah, either use condoms for oral or just only give oral if you know the guy pretty well.
