another wording question

For example, a revolution started by the country leaders is called a Top-down revolution, and one started by the peasants is called Bottom-up. What would you call when i'm trying to say that something starts from the centre and spreads out? Centre-out? or is there another word :confused:

    Do the bourgeois revolt? I don't think that they do because they will inevitably piss off either the peasants or the ruling classes - or both. They tend to get hammered from both side during a revolution ...

    hehe ok perhaps if i explain it better...have to write a spanish oral on religion, and making the world better, but my point is that you have to start like improving your home turf before you start trying to fix other countries/religions/places etc. the peasant revolt thing was just explaining the top down bottom up stuff.
