Do any of you go to the gym, a question for the guys really.
I have been going for the last 6 month and have made gains. I was wondering does any one take any supplements?
I am using protein shakes and creatine. Since taking the creatine during the loading up period, I have noticed significant increases in my lifting ability.
Its so hard to eat right, I have read allot about consuming one gram of protein for every 1lb of body mass but that is crazy!
Does anyone have any recommendations?
