    They all have decided to come and live in my house, I dont know how they are getting in but every morning there are slug trails on the rug, and occasionally I have seen them on there.

    Apparently a container of milk will attract them, and then they in turn attract hedgehogs which eat them.

    I hate slugs so much. They really freak me out and I hate this kind of weather because it brings them out :(.

    The other day we came out of the pub to get in my friends car and there was a cheeky slug on top of the roof! of her brand new mini! disgusting, i was horrified. haha. but none of us wanted to get it off the roof so we just drove away? i hope it fell off while we were driving, its slimy trail makes me feel sick :|

    about two years ago i posted a link on here to an article in the paper which reckoned slugs were an endangered species in the uk ...they hadn't been to my place which has a lot of flags and concrete.
    now the wet summer has them breeding in the zillions.
    all slugs do is eat and mate eat and mate.
    the beer trap advice works.

    I had a mate called slugs once, he had a big eyebrow, its wasnt slimy tho..

    And I used to do the salt thing, i was such a naughty teenager.

    AND my mum once trod on one with out shoes. Ew ew ew.
