What does it mean to be a Director of a limited company, but one who doesn't hold any shares? Something has been suggested to me but I need to know what I'm getting in to before I take it any further. Cheers guys :)

It means you have to register your position at companies house, make sure the accounts are in on time, which will be the secretary's responsibility but if they don't you are responsible for it. You also have to act in the best interests of the company and submit a personal tax return every year and... blah blah blah. I wouldn't bother if you're not getting anything out of it. What is your interest in the company?
