Does anybody live in a rural area and does anybody have trouble getting to work due to lack of public transport, no driving licence etc etc???

Somebody please tell me how to get round this cos I'm getting nowhere fast.

Cheers guys. <IMG SRC="mad.gif" border="0" ALT="icon">

Well your going to have to get a driving licsense or move nearer to where you work. How do you cope at the moment or are you talking hypothetically?

    Bicycle.

How far do you live from work? I did it in Los Angeles for a few months, as well as in rural New York when I lived there. It's good exercise too.

I'd say bicycle too although I only do about 4 miles at the moment.

I'm learning to drive and I'll be moving soon which will mean getting the train but sounds like you don't have that luxury.

Bikes are great except on days like to day when there was torrential rain but I'm used to getting pissed on so therre we go.
