Nah, I guess Im lucky, I just take hayfever tablets and I'm fine.

I did read about a treatment doctors are trying in the UK, which has a very high sucess rate. If your hayfever is really bothering you and traditional tablets arent working, I would speak with your GP, as there are other things to try.

    wtf is that?

I would go back to GP before that thing! lol There are different antihistamines as well as steroid treatments and topical nose/eye spray/drops.

    I just take tablets.

It says that it 'offers relief from hay fever, animal hair or house dust', however, I suffer from hayfever outside. Does that mean I would have to have those weird things stuck up my nose outside?!

Think i'll stick with the tablets. Yeah, I get my hayfever bad but I normally use both loratadine and cetrizine hydrochl...... at the same time.

If your hayfever is so bad you are considering wearing a really daft machine on your nose day in, day out, then go to the docs :thumb:

    beclometasone nose spray, it's magic.
Or fluxanese or soemthing sinilar which the the pharmacist lady in boots told me is the same thing just the branded name so you have to pay a bit more. It is the only thing (along with my usual tablets) that works for me, it is £7 a bottle but worth every penny, interestingly it smells like flowers which i found a little ironic :p
