Yes I AM crazy - but that's the only thing I'm addicted to. Ooooh except my little Spinach Cheese Parcels I made in Food the other day. They are soooooo addictive - you just keep going back for more. They sound foul but they are REALLY nice!

chocolate & cheese both contain the same chemical, I believe it is phenylalanine. It is also produced by the human body when you fall in love. You also get it in peperami, so, for a romantic night out, you could go fore a pizza with extra peperami & cheese, followed by a rich sticky chocolate something. (double chocolate, chocolate chip icecream, smothered with chocolate sauce?)

I believe so, and more minerals, try to go for chocolate with more than 40% cocoa solids. There are some choc bars with 70% (a bit bitter though)
