Ive got a blood test on Monday, just a routine one, but i smoke weed, and the doctor asked me if i done drugs and i sed no. The last time i smoked pot was on Thursday.
Will they say anything anyway if it is found, and will my doctor be able to tell that i do smoke weed?

Depends what the blood test is for. Blood tests only find what they are looking for. If it is a 'routine' blood test then it is unlikely that they will be looking for cannabis remnants in the blood, so don't worry.

ps You shouldn't be afraid to admit cannabis use to your doctor. (S)He's not there to make judgements and everything you say is confidential: they're not going to blab to the local paper about the local druggie

Firstly how old are you ? Secondly unless the purpose of the blood test is to see if you have been using drugs, which would of been stated before the test you have nothing to worry about, they can't test for things without your consent. If they test for drugs it almost always a urine test. Lying to your doctor about using drugs is very very stupid, if you have a problem and a doctor is trying to help lying isn't helping anyone, what you tell him goes no further and your dope smoking could effect tests / medical conditions which could alter the treatment, you are risking your health without cause to.
