o.k through not 1 but 2 cruel twists of fate i lost my wallet containing 2 pills which has now got into police hands - they phoned me today and arranged for me to go see them next week, they also said that i won't be going to court nor will they be raiding my home/uni/placement address. SO i'm praying like made that means i can expect a caution, i hope so - i've done enough worrying for a lifetime this afternoon alone. What shall i say to them ? and if i do get a caution, what does that mean in the general scheme of things, does my work get informed ? I can't believe my bloody luck, i even had the pills coz i took them of a mate who went ott and wanted more - what a mess! now i just want an idea what will happen ? i know to say they were mine, for me and no-one else and i will tell the truth as best i can ! Y are pills illegal, its such a stupid fuckin law

Shit! Bad break dude. If it's your first offence you'll probably get away with a caution but then I think it might go on your record that you have been in possetion of a Class A drug Maybe you'll get a small fine, but I'm not really sure. You probably know more than me because I'm pretty new to the scene. Not much help, sorry!

Cheers guys, i've spoke to a couple of people in the know including marmite (he's a star), and it seems i'm in for a trip to the headmaster type situation, it appears common sense will prevail luckily, still i'm going to be alot more careful from here on in ! Strange how you never think it will happen to you though, i mean caught in possesion of a class a drug such a homer thing to do. But it yet again highlights the stupidity of british law, i could in theory of been sent down for 7 years, for what ???????? clearly that would never happen, but its possible. I'll get them confiscated though ten bloody quid wasted, i wonder how much this whole episode will cost the tax payer, whilst ill people are left lying around hospital corridors dying, its all so fucked up

mods when this first happened i came searching on your drugs bit for the likely implications, no info perhaps you can dedicate a bit to what happens when you are arrested/charged/cautioned etc.... nobody really knows there rights after all

I thought it was legal to confiscate drugs from someone as long as you are going to destroy them. You could say to the police you hadn't got round to flushing them down the toilet yet.

intresting idea, marmite - will they swallow that ? (excuse the pun) i think i'll just be honest and hope they see sense, to be honest despite my early panic stage i really don't care now, i'm not at fault the law is, if they do me for it then so be it i suppose from now on i'll have to revert to ebenzer goode

    WARNING!

A friend of mine got a criminal record in exactly the same way - drugs in the wallet, left wallet on the bus, police search wallet and then invited her in for an interview, then arrested her.

I would advise you to get legal advice and bring a solictor with you just in case. Don't take anything for granted - this all depends on how lenient your local police force are towards E. It's class A, although most sensible people will say that 2 pills is just personal use.

    Be very careful.

Pun excused, it depends on what you've already said, to be honest they probably wouldn't buy it and as you say you're best chance is honesty. Oh and relax be calm and be yourself(?hmm don't know if that's such a good idea!)just don't be cocky cause then the'll go for the jugular.

    You'll breeze through it!

No the phone call will not of been recorded and can't be used as evidence anyway, if you start off demanding to see a solicitor yes, however if things start to get heavy they will most likely suggest you do. Fear not!
