I forgot my password so I did the thing for forgotten passwords and I'm still waiting for an email with it in. I've done it a few times over the past few days.
Anyone else waited a while for the email?

    Have you got spam filters on somewhere?

    My BT address webmail filters out random bits and pieces, so I have to check it on their website every few days to check I haven't missed anything :(

    This seems really odd, you should get the email within minutes usually. Is there any other way to reset the password?
