Post - Parcel Query

I posted a parcel on 5th May and the ebay buyer is saying that it has not been received. I know I have to wait 15 days until I can file a form with the Royal Mail but in the meantime can anyone advise?? I really do not want to get negative feedback and/or have to provide a refund and lose the shoes I sent. Ta :banghead:

Did you get a proof of postage?

No, I have never had a problem with posting parcels before, so I did not think to

Does my receipt with the section for the house number and postcode of each parcel count as proof of postage?
