On the current poll of the day on the site's main page about villains, who/what are Sandman and Venom ? Are they both from Spiderman too ?

    Isn't Sandman the Neil Gaiman character? One of the few things by him I haven't read extensively though. :(

    They're all villains from spider-man. Sandman is the guy who turns to sand, Venom is the guy wearing the alien symbiote who has similar powers to Spider-man and whose life's purpose is to kill him.
