    Smart or casual isn't a dress code at all. It's just....anything.

    They must have meant smart casual.

    Well yeah. One or the other surely, unless it's smart casual. I like the 'Gales dress code. As long as you've made an effort, you can come in. You know, ironed your jeans, washed your hair, had a shave, and that's just some of the women :D
