horrible back pain!

I think I've pulled a muscle in my back, it was fine this morning and now it really hurts, I can't sit up straight and had a horrible pain shoot down it a second ago. I put some deep heat on it and it still hurts like hell.

any cures?

    If your back hurts that much try taking some pain killers, at least until you can get an appointment with the Dr.
