    Incredible, I played both the Maradona goal and Messi's at the same time and it's amazing how similar they are. The Argies have habit of naming every new star that emerges as the "new Maradona" but i've always felt Messi could live up to that (on the playing side anyways, no need to get into the drugs :D )

    The commentary is pretty amusing (if you can understand it :D) Love it when he says 'Que golazo!' which literally means, 'what a BIG goal!'.

    Just saw it youtube, fucking incredible. In fact you could argue it's better than Maradonna's because Getafe are no mugs, like the English defenders in 1986. :razz:

    As for the new Maradonna, well Messi is far too inconsistent at the moment and goes missing in alot of the games I've watched, but he's only young so who knows?

    Out of all the so-called 'new Maradonnas' I've seen (Ortega, Saviola, Aimar, Tevez, Messi) he's probably the cloest thing, and the one with the best chance.
