    it's like windows remote help but seems to work a lot better.

    Was trying to help someone using it today - but they who shall remain nameless couldn't even manged to turn off their multiple firewalls .. :razz:

    but the big green button version is totally free and really handy - what it does is allow you to hand over control of the mouse to someone you trust and they are then able to see your screen and control the mouse and keyboard - but you can see everything they are doing at the same time and take back control at anytime.

    They got plenty of great reviews too

    You can also use it to control your own home pc from work or from an internet cafe very handy program and the basic version which is very good is 100% freeware.

    I love remote desktop for when im out at a friends or something. I remote desktop to my pc and i can do anything. Or i use it to fix others pcs. Im actually using remote desktop right now from a not so fast laptop to my pc upstairs.

    The portability of a laptop with the speeds of a good pc!
