I need to speak to them about taking some money out of my Abbey account instead of my Lloyds one because that one is overdrawn and Abbey has got funds in it,

    I'm sure you change the bank details yourself online

    I have but it's still trying to come out of my lloyds account.

    You should, once the bank account is verfied, be able to change the default bank account on your settings. Mine defulats to my bank account when making payment but its easy to change it to another source of funding.

    My new card is set to default but my lloyds one still show.
