Mac menu bar for windows?

One of the technicians in my school had that app launch bar from macs on windows at the top of his screen.

It loooked quite good as it was out of view until you put your mouse up there and it droped down.

Anyone know where i can find this? looks fun to have!

    that's called the dock, at the bottom of the screen. the one you're after is the finder, which is at the top of the screen

    I've done something similar since 1999 - Enabling the quick-launch bar for Windows 95 and higher. You can make it go out of view until you put your mouse over it. You can't make it transparent though, it's on the same background colour as your toolbars. You can dock it onto any side of the screen.

    Yeah its that stardock one. Would be nice if i could get it to the top of the screen. It looks similar anyway
